Unstuff
Unstuff is a web app that allows users to store their stuff for a low price. They pay by the box, not by the storage unit. My task was create a UX and UI for this app.
First, I created major flows for this app. There are three of them: store bins, return bins home, return items home. Users can return single items from storage, in that case , however, Unstuff returns whole bins, and the user has to take the items they need and then return the bins
The purple circles are the possible titles for statuses the user will see on the app

Order bins
To store bins the user has to order them first. They come in three sizes — small, medium, large

Pack items
After the bins have arrived, the user takes a picture of every item they want to store and then select the bin where they want to put it

Add tags
When the user takes a picture of an item, Unstuff identifies its name and category. The user can change them and then also add a tag that helps search and categorize items

Order a pickup
After the user finished packing items, they order a pickup and then again see statuses of their order on the main screen

Search
When the user needs to return bins or items, they go to My stuff section. They can use tabs to search bins or items

They can also search by name or tag, or apply filters
Order a delivery
The user selects items (or bins) they want to return and order bin delivery. This flow is very similar to storing bins

Statuses for this flow have a different color and label, so that the user can differentiate between the two flows easily
Order a pickup
If the user returns whole bins, there are 3 statuses they see on the main screen

If they return items, they see 4 statuses. The last status shows that their bins with the rest of items are safely stored
MY ORDERS
The users can check their orders in the profile section. They can cancel orders or get help from the support

Subscription
Users can select one out of 3 plans. Basic and premium plans have a limited number of free deliveries. On Business plan users can always deliver bins for free

Unstuff lets the user know when they are running out of their free subscriptions when they start ordering another delivery
